All of our products are handmade in small batches or individually created, which means slight variations may occur, this is part of their unique character.

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, colors, and images, but we cannot guarantee your screen’s display will be exact.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s checkout system.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

Orders are shipped from Tacoma, Washington. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

We also offer local pickup in Tacoma, WA (available at checkout).

Once your order is shipped, Megan Yuly Art & Apothecary is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information. In summary:

Returns are not accepted on soap, body butters, perfume sprays, or other handmade skincare products.

Original art, prints, and stationery may be returned within 30 days if in original condition.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product descriptions, and content on this site are the property of Megan Yuly Art & Apothecary.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are for external use only (where applicable). Please read ingredient lists carefully to avoid allergies or sensitivities.

Megan Yuly Art & Apothecary is not responsible for any misuse of products or allergic reactions.
