Return Policy

At Megan Yuly Art & Apothecary, all of our products are created with care and intention. Because of the personal nature of handmade skincare items, returns are not accepted on soap, body butters, perfume sprays, or any other handcrafted skincare products.

We gladly accept returns on original artwork, fine art prints, and stationery items (such as stickers) within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to request an exchange, please reach out to us with your order details.

Refunds
Approved returns may be refunded either to the original method of payment or as store credit—the choice is yours. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
