As we step into fall, I always feel the season rushes by far too quickly. One day it’s golden leaves and cozy evenings, and the next, the holidays are already upon us. This year, I’m reminding myself to pause and really be present; to notice the crisp mornings, the earlier sunsets, and those simple little joys that make this season so special. Fall only comes once a year, and it deserves to be savored.
Here are a few gentle self care ideas for easing into the season:
🍂 Take a slow walk outside and notice the first hints of changing leaves.
🫖 Brew a warm cup of tea and enjoy it without distractions.
🕯️ Light a candle in the evening to make your space feel extra cozy.
📖 Swap out screen time for a book, even if just for a few minutes before bed.
