Happy Monday! If you're anything like me, Mondays can feel a little heavy—like hitting the ground running after a weekend that went by too fast.
 
Instead of diving in full speed, I like to treat Monday as a soft start. Here are a few ways to ease into the new week with a little more calm and intention:
 
🧼 Add a Bit of Comfort
Even small comforts can make the day feel more manageable—a cozy sweater, your favorite lunch, or a refreshing shower with a scent you love.

📝 Pick Just One Priority
Rather than an overwhelming to-do list, choose one thing you want to focus on today. Let it guide your energy, and give yourself permission to go at your own pace.
 
🌿 Take a Midday Break
Step outside if you can, even just for a few minutes. A walk around the block or sitting in fresh air can do wonders for resetting your energy and helping you feel grounded.
