Calm Is Contagious and So is Fall Magic

I hope your week has been gentle and full of moments just for you. It’s hard to believe we’re already in the last month of summer! While I’m still soaking up the sunshine, I can’t help but get excited about what’s around the corner - cooler days, cozy nights in, sweaters, and all things pumpkin spice.

 

That said, August can feel… a little overwhelming. There's this rush to squeeze in summer’s last adventures while prepping for back-to-school, shifting routines, or just catching your breath. 

 

In the middle of all that, I’ve been asking myself:

What kind of energy do I want to carry into the rest of the year?

 

And the answer I keep coming back to is this:
✨ Calm is contagious.

 

When we slow down, breathe deeply, notice the light through the trees, savor a small routine, it ripples outward. The people around us feel this energy which allows them to soften too. Calm can look like a lot of things; whether it’s how you care for your space, how you greet a stranger, or how you start your morning, that quiet energy matters. You don’t have to have it all together; you just have to come back to yourself, gently.

 

That’s the exact energy I poured into my new Fall Soap Collection, which launched last week! Each scent was designed to reconnect you with your favorite fall feelings - those nostalgic, cozy moments that bring you home to yourself.
